Need help increasing your daily protein intake? This super simple protein pancake recipe is so delicious and contains 41 grams of protein!
You Will Need:
- 2 servings of egg whites (6 tablespoons)
- 1 scoop Unico’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder (or other protein powder of choice)
- 1 tablespoon of PB2
- 1 tablespoon of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Sugar free syrup
Mix 1 scoop of your protein powder with the 6 tablespoons of egg whites. Tip: You can whisk the egg whites before you add in the protein powder to make the pancakes more fluffy 🙂 Then mix in 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips. Cook in a pan just like you would a pancake. Drizzle your PB2 and water mixture on top. Top with as much syrup as you like! There you have a delicious protein packed breakfast or post work out treat!
